General Member Registration - $200
Non-Member Registration - $300

Additional Meals
Thursday Lunch - $20
Thursday Dinner - $25
Thursday Child Dinner - $15 (kids 6-12; 5 and under free)

Registration Policies
  • Two meals and two continental breakfasts are included in registration fee. No reduced pricing for conference only. No reduced fee for one day attendance.
  • A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received after June 23, 2008.
  • No-shows will be billed the entire registration fee plus the cost of any additional meals requested.
