The Oregon Association of School Business Officials has developed a voluntary professional certification program based on recognized standards of professional competence. These recognized standards are an accumulation of competencies identified by ASBO International, other state and national ASBO affiliates and members of the OASBO Professional Certification Committee.
OASBO's Professional Certification Program establishes professional standards, training opportunities and recognition for school business officials. The program is designed specifically for school business personnel in the state of Oregon and establishes a framework for continuing skill development within the profession.
